E-mails You Will Receive After placing your order, you will receive e-mails about the status of your order. Below are examples of e-mails you may receive: * Order Confirmation. Once you’ve placed your order this e-mail confirms that we have received your order and will include your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records. * Payment Received. You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been received. * Shipment Notification. This e-mail confirms that your order, or part of your order has shipped. The arrival time of your order will depend on your location. Tracking Numbers Tracking numbers are assigned to packages soon after your order is received. Therefore, even though your package has already shipped, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.
