Payment

- We accept Paypal, e-Check, Credit Card (Visa/Master/Diners/Amex) for online purchases.

- Personal cheque, Company cheque, Postal Order and Money Order is not accepted.


Shipping and Handling

Return and Exchange

- Product is returnable and exchangeable if it is reported defective 3 days upon receipt of the parcel.

- For resending the defective item, please notify us by email and return the defective item ONLY. Excluding the package and parts which are in good condition. (e.g. R4 Package, if R4 is defective, please send the R4 ONLY. No need to return the whole package with the MicroSD card reader, protective case and manual CD)
